Media Anchored ("Media Anchored", "we", "us" or "our") is a PR and personal branding agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit mediaanchored.com (the "Site"), book a strategy call, contact us or work with us as a client.

Information you give us

• Contact and booking details: your name, email address, phone number, company, role and anything you tell us when you book a strategy call, fill in a form or email us.
• Client program information: if you become a client, the information needed to deliver your program, such as your biography, photos, career history, story angles, media preferences, approvals and billing details.
• Communications: the content of emails, messages and call notes between you and our team.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, links clicked, referring website and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files that help the Site work, remember preferences and show us how the Site is used. See section 05.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from our booking and scheduling tools, from publicly available sources such as your website, social profiles and existing press coverage, and from people who refer you to us.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, booking and scheduling, email, analytics, payments and file storage. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Media partners such as publishers, producers and podcast hosts, but only the story, materials and details you have approved for your program.

07How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Enquiry and booking details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of your program and as long as needed afterwards for accounting, legal and tax purposes. Published media coverage is controlled by the outlet that publishes it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
